In the 2nd episode of our 2 part series with Kris Commons, the boys discuss Celtic’s 2012/13 Champions League campaign with Kris providing his insight into an incredible group stage which saw Celtic qualify for the Last 16 of the competition following a famous win over Barcelona.

Kris then chats about his Player of the Year form the following season and how much of an influence Neil Lennon was in helping him get the best out of his abilities while also disclosing the reason why he chose to retire from the Scotland National Team around that time.

His rocky relationship with former Manager, Ronny Deila is also brought up in which Kris gives a detailed insight into the breakdown of the relationship and the factors which led to the difficulties that occurred, including that stormy night in Norway.

The chat rounds up with a reflection on the last couple of years of Kris’ career which saw the introduction of Brendan Rodgers as Celtic Manager as well as an enjoyable loan move to Hibs, while reiterating that the creative forward still might plan on sticking the boots on once more.
