In Part 2 of our chat with Alan Stubbs, the defender discusses the latter end of his Celtic career which saw frequent managerial changes between Dr Jo Venglos to John Barnes and Martin O’Neill.
Alan also provides a detailed insight into the difficulties he experienced during that time period after being diagnosed with cancer and tells us the full story of how he managed to fight his way back to full health to play professional football again.
The chat then moves onto his move back to his boyhood club, Everton as he talks us through some of the characters he played with including Gazza, Wayne Rooney and Open Goal favourite, Tommy Gravesen!
Finally, we take time to focus on his reign as Manager of Hibs which saw him navigate the club to the most famous victory in their history as they won the William Hill Scottish Cup for the first time in 114 years.
